Patrick is a Partner with Vista Analytics, LLC, based in the Washington, DC office. Patrick has held senior positions in several enterprise software and consulting organizations, and has extensive experience with data risk analysis and governance, electronic discovery, information security, and custom solutions design and integration. He has advised clients on the collection and management of complex data sources during antitrust investigations and multiple large scale litigations. Additionally, he has worked with several healthcare and industrial organizations to help them assess and optimize their data management and security.
Patrick has worked with global manufacturing companies to identify incident response maturity levels and paths for maturity level improvement. Deliverables have included facilitated tabletop sessions with leaders from across the client’s information technology, information security, legal, HR, and business teams; as well as reports capturing all findings and recommendations for the client to leverage in their ongoing process and technology improvement efforts. Patrick also led the collections and review management efforts on a trade theft investigation, on behalf of a U.S.-based biopharmaceutical firm. Patrick began his career at an intersection between information systems and the law, designing and managing data management and litigation support systems and processes for an AmLaw 100 law firm. Patrick earned his MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park, and holds CGEIT and CRISC certifications.
